INSTRUCTIONS

• Required photograph must be uploaded or pasted on the form.
• Only one application form will be accepted.
• Please fill the form completely and carefully.
• Aadhaar Card Number, Email Address, and Mobile Number are mandatory.
• The cost of the form is Rs. 300/- (non-refundable) and must be paid online only.
• Click on Register & Pay to complete the online process. You will receive an Online Form Number upon successful submission.
• Please take a printout of the registered form after successful submission. Only forms with payment details will be accepted.
• The printout of the submitted form must be dropped in the drop box installed in the Security Room at Entrance Gate No. 1 on or before 13th April 2026, along with the following documents:
  • Self-attested copies of academic records.
  • Self-attested copy of PEP Certificate.
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the candidate.
